Paul Spadone - Co-Founder

Prior to forming Apex Capital Investors, LLC in 2018, Paul Spadone graduated from Texas Tech University in 2010 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and began his professional career in the oil & gas industry. Paul began his engineering career in Pennsylvania managing major construction projects ranging from natural gas compressor stations to large diameter pipeline installations. In 2014 he transitioned into a management role where he spent time in Houston, TX and Waltham, MA managing projects with capital expenditures ranging from $1M to over $2B. Paul currently lives in Houston, TX with his wife and three children where he serves as Co-Founder of Apex Capital Investors, LLC. Paul’s goal is to one day leave his career in the oil and gas industry with Apex Capital Investors, LLC serving as his sole source of income through real estate investments.

Scott Schultz - Co-Founder

The second co-founder of Apex Capital Investors, Scott is an engineer by trade as well as a husband and proud father of two.  A 2012 graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration, he began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2013 and has spent the last 7 years designing and constructing gas compressor stations and liquid pump stations across the South and Northeast United States.  Scott lives in Houston, TX and focuses his efforts on his role as Co-Founder of Apex Capital Investors, LLC as well as his professional engineering career.  Scott's objective is to turn Apex into his primary source of income as a means to obtain financial independence and have the flexibility to spend more time with his family.
