Our Vision
Apex Capital Investors was founded on the basis of providing exceptional returns to our investors while at the same time providing safe, clean, well-maintained, and modern affordable housing to our tenants. We believe that taking care of our stakeholders, including investors and tenants, is the number one key to long term success in our industry. We are able to repeatedly deliver on this goal by focusing on properties which present opportunities for improvement through filling vacant lots, improving site maintenance, and implementing a more efficient operating strategy.
Our Model
Our focus is to find off-market mobile home parks with 30-150+ spaces near metropolitan areas with populations in excess of 100,000 residents. We invest in the land on which the mobile home parks were built, invest capital in the infrastructure as needed in order to reduce operating expenses and then market the community in order to establish long-term tenants. Park owned homes are evaluated separately from the rest of the asset with the goal of selling these homes to tenants to reduce operating liabilities as part of our overall execution strategy.
