Who We Are

Apex Capital Investors, LLC is a privately held real estate investment company headquartered in The Woodlands, TX. Our primary focus is providing safe and affordable housing to our communities and long term positive cash flow to our investors through investments in manufactured home communities across the United States.

Our business model is centered around a buy and hold strategy where we find undervalued or mismanaged mobile home communities and develop park specific business plans to improve profits. Our park specific business plans focus on reducing operating expenses, raising rents to market, and eliminating lot vacancies in order to significantly increase the park’s Net Operating Income (NOI) to quickly pay back our investors and provide continuous cash flow throughout the life cycle of the investment.
